The Occasions Mini carry over flyer has been released!

Stampin' Up has just released the Occasions Mini (green catalog) carry over flyer. There are many things in the green catalog that will not be carried forward beyond today! If you have had your eye on something from this book, please contact Amanda or Beth immediately so we can place the order for you. We would be happy to email a copy of the carryover flyer at your request. Also, the retired items have been flying off of the Stampin' Up shelves. Many things on the list are either discounted or, in some cases, gone altogether... If you have been putting off ordering, it is about that time! Call us right away. Another thing to consider is joining our team! The demonstrator kit is changing, and today is the last day to get the larger, more comprehensive kit! If you need more of a boost, you'll need to act fast! Click on the "join the fun" link on the right to get started today!

Goodbye, Oh MY!!

Well, the retiring accessories came out today, and with it, were a few sad goodbyes...  We will miss some of the wonderful things that are retiring.  The Stampin Up website had such a buzz going today, that it even froze a few times!!!  Stampin' Up has told us that things go so quickly once they are put on the retired list, that they will update us EVERY DAY at 4pm (MT).  We won't bombard you with emails and posts, but if you are looking for something we suggest that you call us right away - we can look up the status for you.  Get it while you still can!  We have no idea what, if anything, from the little green Occassions catalog will be carried forward past that catalog's expiration (April 30) - so better to be safe than sorry there too.  You can see the lists on our websites (click one website above, go to shop now, retired list...).

That being said, we are also starting to get all atwitter about the new catalog, which will be in effect beginning June 1st.  We will share those catalogs with you just as soon as we are able (we haven't even seen them yet!!), but the sneak peeks they have shared with us are FABULOUS!!

We sent out our newsletter today, and if you didn't receive it, then we either don't have your email address, or we have it wrong...  drop either of us a note and we will get you all set up!  We have added a Stamp a Stack for this upcoming Thursday night, 4/26, when we will be making the cards pictured at the right.  If you would like to join us, you can email us, give us a call, or visit one of our websites (above) and click on the RSVP button.

In our newsletter, we also talked about our May Day special... (actually this will be for Monday 4/30 and Tuesday 5/1) If you have come to our classes before, and bring a friend who is new to us, your class will be FREE!  Your friend still has to pay the $15, but what are friends for...  If you are new to us, bring a friend who is also new, and you can split the $15 fee!  You each will still go home with your 8 cards (with matching envelopes), and you will have fun creating with your friend!

One last thing to mention... if you have ever thought about joining our team, even if it is only for the discount and perks, you may want to give us a call right away.  They are changing the starter kit beginning May 1st.  The new kit program is less expensive and fully customizable, but you get much less "stuff".  If you have a lot of our stuff already and you just want to get going - after May 1st is for you.  The current kit is a bit more expensive, partially customizable, but you get a ton of stuff...  If you are a newbie, and are just getting set up, you want to join BEFORE May 1st.  Call one of us right away and we can explain the differences!

The Retired list is out!

It is never easy to say goodbye to old friends, but with the new Stampin' Up! Catalog release just around the corner, it is that time...  Click on the button to the right, and see if some of the stamps you have been admiring, but haven't purchased are on your list.  On our current Idea Book & Catalog, it says that the stamps will be available through June30th, but due to a change in the entire Stampin' Up! catalog program, the last day for some of your favorites is MAY 31!  Don't wait too long - Stampin' Up! has made it clear to us that once these sets retire, they will NOT be returning.

The retiring accessory list (this would include various Big Shot Dies, buttons, brads, ribbons, as well as our entire Decor Elements and Simply Adorned lines) will be published on April 25th.  We will get that list out to you as soon as we can, as with those items, when supplies run out - they're gone! 

We still have a few openings for our 4/18 Re-inker techniques class, as well as for both our daytime and evening Monday, 4/23 Stamp a Stacks!  Please check out our websites (links at the top of the page for more details).  You can RSVP for classes right there!

Our new April Class schedule is on the way!

If you have been receiving emails from us periodically, with our newsletter and class schedules attached, wonderful!  If you haven't been getting these emails, then we need to get you added to our list.  Beth and I have a fun spring planned for all of you, with our fun and informative Stamp a Stacks, as well as our Techniques class series.  Don't forget, we are able to customize a class for you - just give us a call!  If you have at least 4 other friends who would like to take a class with you, we will even come to you!

Although Sale-A-Bration is now officially over (awwwww), a new crop of freshly inspired items from our upcoming annual catalog is available as a pre-order (YAY!).  Check out the new buttons on our sidebar to the right, and you can download a flyer of the new items... and here is the kicker... the Fabric covered brads (oh, SO adorable) that match this Summer Smooches Suite, are ONLY available during the month of April.  These will be incredibly cute and colorful additions to all of your cardmaking and scrapbooking projects.

Did I say Scrapbooking?  Why, yes, I did!  Beth and I will be continuing with our Scrap page of the month series.  This isn't JUST a complete a page and drop a picture in...., there are neat techniques emphasized each month.  If you have only tried cardmaking thus far, you are missing out!  The techniques we are teaching are often transferable to cardmaking AND, after all, your memories are worth preserving!
